Giardino – Fresh mozzarella and roasted tomatoes. Garnished with fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze and salt and pepper.

Dolce – Mascarpone cheese with a fig jam topped with toasted almonds and a drizzle of honey.

Funghi – Mascarpone and provolone cheese with a mixture of wild mushrooms, topped with goat cheese crumbles, provolone, truffle oil and fresh parsley.

Carciofi – Roasted artichoke hearts and tomatoes topped with feta cheese, fresh basil and a balsamic glaze.

Carne – Basil pesto base with salami topped fresh parsley.

Classico – Classic bruschetta with tomatoes, with fresh basil seasoned with a little salt and pepper.
